Spare Parts Returns Policy

At Jubaili Bros, we strive to ensure our customers receive the right spare parts in perfect condition. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returning spare parts in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• The return request must reference the original invoice or sales order number.
• A valid reason for return must be provided.

Accepted Reasons for Return

• Incorrect part supplied
• Damaged or defective part
• Warranty claim
• Over-ordering (subject to review and approval)
• Any other reason approved by our team

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to mishandling or improper installation
• Obsolete, custom-manufactured, or non-stock items
• Items returned without prior approval or outside the eligible timeframe

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-warranty returns or customer ordering errors.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Jubaili Bros error (e.g., incorrect or defective item supplied).

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will proceed with one of the following, depending on the case:

• Replacement
• Credit Note
• Refund

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive the return.
